Coronavirus Safety Precautions

The health, welfare, and safety of our students and staff are of utmost importance to us at Piedmont Hills Montessori School and Adventure Montessori Academy. We are closely monitoring developments around COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) and are actively taking measures to ensure we maintain our healthy and safe learning environment. 

Some of the key safety precautions were are taking include:

• Student's temperature is taken when arriving at school
• Students are to wash their hands upon arrival
• We regularly clean and disinfect the premises throughout the day
• Bathrooms are cleaned after each child uses the bathroom
• Teachers wear masks at all times and use gloves when needed
• We provide disposable masks for the children
• We follow proper social distancing guidelines within the school 
• The health, welfare, and safety of our student is our number one priority

If you or your child are feeling ill or experiencing flu-like symptoms, please do not come to school. Please reach out to your healthcare provider and follow their guidance. If your child appears ill or is exhibiting flu-like symptoms, we will request that they go home until well.
